Located in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, we are a small-scale beekeeping business producing premium natural honey with care and dedication. Our mission is to bring the best of our local landscape to your table.

At East Neuk Apiaries, we take pride in using single-apiary jarring, ensuring each jar reflects the distinctive flavours of its origin. Our honey is raw, cold-spun, and gravity-filtered, preserving its natural quality and taste. Every jar is hand-labelled with care.

Our hives are situated across seven diverse apiaries situated on the beautiful and ancient Balcarres Estate located in the East Neuk of Fife. This strategic placement allows our bees to forage on a variety of local flora, from wildflowers to seasonal crops, creating a rich and unique honey profile. The well-being of our bees is at the heart of what we do, and we take measures to sustain their health throughout the year.

We are proud to work with local businesses, supplying our honey to shops, markets, and restaurants across Fife. By keeping it local, we celebrate the East Neuk’s natural bounty and support our vibrant community.
